Returns & Refunds

Need to return something?

No problem. A printed return slip is included in your parcel to make the process as easy as possible, alternatively just make sure you have your order number ready and email us at info@dustyboys.co.uk. We’ll guide you through the options and next steps.


Changed Your Mind?

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • Any included promotional items are also returned

  • The item is in resaleable condition (no writing, labels, or damage)

Please note:

  • Return shipping for unwanted items is at your expense

  • For returns over £20, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service—we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your item otherwise


Knee Pad Size Exchanges

If you're returning knee pads for a size exchange, the return postage is the customer’s responsibility. This usually costs around £3.50 via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

You cover the return postage, and we’ll cover the shipping cost of the new size

All standard return conditions apply: items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.


Received a Damaged Item?

If your order arrives with visible damage, please don’t accept the parcel and let the courier return it to us.
If you’ve already accepted it, notify us within 7 days.
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange collection and replacement.
If the item has been used, we’ll assume it’s been accepted and cannot offer a replacement.


Received the Wrong Item?

If something’s not right with your delivery, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of what you received—this really helps speed things up. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.


Faulty Products

If your item is faulty, contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
We’ll arrange a return and refund or replacement.
If the item is found to be working or within spec, the return postage cost may be deducted from your refund.
If a faulty item has been used, we’ll consider it accepted and no replacement will be offered.


Customised Product Orders

Unfortunately, we only accept returns for faulty or damaged custom-made items.


Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 7 days.


International Returns

Please note: Customs duties and local taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to claim these back directly from your local tax authority.
