Returns

How do I return a product?

For returns please ensure you have your order number available. Then contact us via email at info@dustyboys.co.uk. We can then explain your options available for returning an item.

 

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are non refundable and customers should seek to claim this back from their tax authority.

 

We refund return shipping costs for Incorrect, damaged in transit or faulty items, at a reasonable cost. 

 

if a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days. 

 

Changed your mind?

  • If it is within the 30 days since you received your order then you can return it to us providing it is unused and in the original packaging and any promotional items received. Returned items should be in re-saleable condition with no writing or labels applied.
  • Shipping charges for unwanted returns will be at your expense.
  • If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Product has been damaged in transit?

Should you receive any parcel from us that contains damaged goods this should be notified to us as soon as possible within 7 days of purchase. We will arrange for the collection of the item. If you have used an item that was damaged in transit, we will assume that you have accepted it and you will not be entitled to a replacement.

Please do not accept an item if there are any signs of damage to the parcel.

 

Received an incorrect item?

If the contents of your delivery differ from what you were expecting or what appears on your invoice, please notify us as soon as possible within 7 days of purchase via email and let us know what has discrepancies, a photo of the order would be a great help. 

 

Faulty product?

If the goods are faulty, within the first 30 days of purchase please contact us to arrange a return or refund. If the product(s) returned to us are not found to be faulty or out of specification then the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund. If you have used an item that was delivered Faulty, we will assume that you have accepted it and you will not be entitled to a replacement.

 

Custom Mats?

Refunds are only accepted for, faulty or damaged custom products. 

 

Cancellations?
